fantastic location and kind staff

comfortable room convenient location taxi rank
The rooms were really comfortable and well laid out. I even got upgraded to a suite!!! i had been traveling for a few days, so it was wonderful. it's right next to the metro, and there is a taxi rank on the road nearby. everything i needed was easily accessible.
i was a little disappointed with the new year's eve dinner. i had booked a table at the corso restaurant, but the buffet was below average. the meat dishes should have been at least lukewarm, but they were cold. it wasn't the best experience for the price.
Location
9/10
the hotel is centrally positioned, allowing quick access to many city attractions. the proximity to the metro provides convenient transportation. a taxi rank nearby adds to the ease of getting around the city.
Dining

the hotel restaurant features really good food, especially the complimentary focaccia. my lasagna was also divine, with large and delicious portions. the restaurant staff were especially hospitable and accommodating, always going above and beyond to assist.
Service

the rooms are well laid out and very clean. the suite upgrade was a welcome surprise, offering extra space and comfort. the bed in my room was very comfortable. there were no issues with cleanliness.

solid stay NEAR center

breakfast buffet really good courtesy
The breakfast buffet presented numerous selections. All staff displayed really good courtesy. the location provided simple access to local restaurants. My room included city views and ample space.
I found the parking fee to be excessive. The daily charge for hotel parking seemed too high when compared to public options. I think, including parking in the room rate would improve guest value.
Dining
9/10
the hotel has corso brasserie. i noticed the buffet presented an expansive array of options. Cold items included sliced meats, cheeses, and fruit. Hot dishes included eggs, sausages, and grilled vegetables.

Acceptable Stay, Some Shortcomings

broken air conditioning slow service
The air conditioning was NOT working properly in the room. IT was quite annoying. I had to call the front desk multiple times. The staff seemed understaffed because my requests were not addressed promptly. THERE were long wait times for service at the sky bar. IT took over 20 minutes to get two beers, and the bar wasn't even busy.
